Whats Your Vision?

Mathilde also happens to play mother to one lucky Arabian horse named Ruby. Having been together for two of Ruby's five years, Mathilde claims that working with Ruby gives her insight not only into Ruby's psychology but the people she comes into contact with in her professional and personal life as well.

We are proud to include Mathilde in our list of favorite people. So keep those Robert Marc specs pointed to the horizon cowgirl! We know you and Ruby will go far indeed.

Since opening our doors in 1910 we've had the pleasure of working with many great people; designers, employees and especially customers. We are always intrigued by their adventures, professions and ideas. Throughout 2006 we will highlight some of them and share their stories with you.

This month we're excited about introducing a customer and friend; Mathilde Danziger, Human Resource Specialist Extraordinaire. Mathilde is a hard working professional who's infectious smile and love of life makes working with her a joy. Mathilde loves people which makes her position at Paychex ideal for fostering new friendships both professional and personal. We consider ourselves lucky to have her as a part of our extended family AND as a loyal customer.

She says that she is criticized at times for being overly friendly - which is fine by us! Raised in Texas, Mathilde is a charming southern belle who instantly makes one feel at ease; even while helping you design a new employee handbook or helping you with your interview techniques.

One Story we love about Mathilde is when a former employer was considering making wearing pantyhose mandatory for its female employees. Not going to have it, Mathilde claimed she would rather quit than submit to wearing the dreaded hose. You-go-girl! So please, Paychex no policy changes in your dress code - you would lose one of your most valued employees (and we would lose our favorite advisor)!
